Their online banking is terrible. One time it said that my available balance was $1000, which was impossible, and that my current balance was $6, which again was impossible. I checked the details and it acted as if it deposited my paycheck multiple times, so then it thought my balance was $2000. I went to the ATM to check the balance, which turned out to be around $800 which seemed more reasonable. Their phone system is designed specifically to prevent you from talking to a representative. Any option you chose will either send you to the main menu or disconnect you entirely. There is absolutely no reason to chose this bank.
