This bank doesn't have a lone of communication between branches . You send your payments in and they don't post to the account. The car payment has been paid by check with statement, We are now going to file a complaint with the attorney general in PA. Poor customer services even after faxes information.

Website is very temperamental and when you call in to ask questions the CSRs are snippy and get very irritated.

After many dropped calls, voicemails, and emails, I have received absolutely no help. If you need to deal with them at all, AVOID.

I couldn't access my user ID and called the service center for help. The customer service rep didn't sound to enthusiastic. Nonetheless, we got things worked out and it was an overall pleasant call. If you have a problem with your eService and can't find help online, giving the service center a call will get you the help you need.
