He was top shelf from the initial phone conversation to the closing. His confidence, timely communication, intelligence, service and all round helpfulness throughout were second to none. After providing him with the initial information, he immediately said that it would be possible to process the loan and in very short time, he did just that. His friendliness and comforting demeanor also came into play when it seemed that the loan had hit a snag just before closing.
