BMW Financial Services NA, LLC in Hilliard, OH

While I regrettably hate writing things about businesses that I am very fond of... there comes a point, when enough is enough! These reps don't know anything! What is the training critieria for them? I have a car I got for my mother. I want to transfer the title in her name but still make the payments because my family is leaving the east coast, so she can register the car herself while we're gone. Not only was I told I can't do that, but I was told that my mom would have to do a Re-Fi on the car and go to DMV herself afterwards??? WTH??? I grew very irate at the rep who couldn't give me a direct answer and kept putting me on hold for each question I had. I got tired of that and hung up. Only to call back and get someone else who was equally clueless. I've purchased 4 BMW's each year for 4 years; one would think that I'm a Loyal and valuable customer...

They hit my credit 4 times the weekend we bought our car. 4 times. I decided to get over it (no other option) until I found out they are still hitting it! Months after buying the car. Time to re finance. ANYWHERE ELSE

I bought out my lease on my bmw .The next month I was sent a bill for the disposition fee.They cant charge a disposition fee if I buy the car at the end of the lease.I called the 1-800 number and was left on hold 2 separate times for over 20 minutes.When they finally did answer I was told that I would need to fax them a copy of my bill of sale because the dealership failed to let them know that I bought out the lease. Why do I need to their footwork and paperwork.They just do not care about customer service.As i read all of these negative results ,I wonder if their management team reads them as well.

I love BMW Financial Services. Their customer service is impeccable. I answered a survey the night before and first thing the next morning a customer service representative called me and answered my questions. And BTW, there is no cars in this world that drives like a BMW!!! ;)

To say they suck balls is an understatement! We traded in our vehicle 2 weeks ago, they've had the check from the trade-in for a week. They claim we owe them for this month, even though they've been sitting on a check for a week. Getting in touch with the department that handles this is almost like trying to find a unicorn. They're slow to respond, customer service sucks and answering their business phone is nearly impossible. I've been on hold for over 20 MINUTES! Read the reviews before you take out an auto loan. The company MINI Cooper of San Diego has aligned themselves with is a catastrophe. I'll never buy from MINI again because of this mess! *I'm still on hold!!*
