Was considering switching , but the older brunette lady in the front office at noon on Friday April 15th wasn't smiling or kind. Rude. That's why we wasn't interested.

Love the building, and the employees. It just that when we lost our ATM card/Credit Card. We asked then to give us, both, new cards in early January. Now it is February 11th. The police in Kentucky returned the lost card, from a grocery store where we thought it had been lost. We asked again about our card and they said it would take two weeks. Asked again and they didn't have record of our asking. I guess we will miss our Get Green Checking interest bonus for not have using the card 12 times in a month.

Horrible rude staff, I was the victim of fraud and they are still refusing to file a report. Why they would allow an 8000$ transaction with no name attached to it without attempting to verify identity through me is unbelievable. The fact that they then refuse to assist in the aftermath just ices the cake. Miserable bank, go to mainsource. Friendly and safe, they make sure that you are you when money comes out of an account. Thanks kemba.

I love banking at Kemba and sarah who does the drive thru is so friendly. It always brightens my day getting to see her.
