I have dealt with allot of banks and never had a worst experience. Even when I have a 680 credit score and credit cards with a $5000 credit limit they would not give me over daft protection of only $500 dollars. I had over draft charges for 3 items when I had plenty to cover at least one of them but they charged me for all 3 which is beyond logic and only shows greed on their part. Also, it cost me $50 just to close my account. I heard that this bank is weak among other Ohio banks.
