Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union in Garfield Heights, OH

My father opened an account for me before I was born. Ever since I've had access to it, I've had nothing but problems. I ended up opening a new account with Chase. My dad still puts money in the St. Monica's account when I need to pic up prescriptions. I get a new card every 3 months and apparently kept the wrong one. I am officially fed up with this place.

They need to explain some of the rules of banking expecially when it comes to Federal Regulation d which is designed to Bilk money from your savings due to excessive/ Limited transactions.. If you are not aware of this you soon will be, as they bleed your hard earned savings dry with penalties. Expecting their customers to read up on the website for any changes is ridiculous. News flash not all clientele have internet especially elderly.. any penalty warnings could be shown during the time of an electronic transaction(atm)but they are not.. and by the time any warning arrives in mail it is too late, you are hit with penalties.. Very sad banking practices
