I have been with Kemba for almost 15 years... I live in Sylvania, OH.. Kemba moved out of my area almost 8-9 years ago.. I decided to stay with them out of loyalty.. The customer service is beyond awful for the long standing members... I have had two separate incidences from 2 separate branches.. Both times I was upset and ended up talking to a superior who still was unable to help me.. When I asked for corporate information they seemed to distracted from doing so... The only time I hear from Kemba is to try and sell me on an auto loan or refinance.. I will be closing my account with this bank asap... I would extremely reconsider before banking with Kemba.. They seem way more concerned in getting new members rather than appreciating the members that have been with them for years and years.. In am beyond disgusted at the lack of customer service skills by not only one or two but for separate staff members.. DO NOT BANK WITH KEMBA FINANCIAL!!!!!!!
