The lines are too long at the drive thru and not enough people working them. The wait is ridiculous. I'm going to be changing banks.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. It's not because of all it's employees but two in particular. And I wish I would have gotten their names. I spent 2hrs going to different branches and calling around to open a 3x5 safe deposit box. And when I called this branch at 5:12pm they said "yeah we have several" so I said great I'm on my way. I was already in my car still. So me and my disabled mom rushed over there from Main & Hamilton (if you're familiar with the area it's not that far but due to afternoon traffic it took a bit longer) We get in there and 5 mins later a guy asked if he could help us. I said yes I called about opening the safe deposit box for my mom. He said oh I'm sorry it takes 20mins to do that. And it's 5:45...So, you can't take the extra 5mins to help me?! After I called and said I was on the way? He offered to make me an appointment for another day. That should have been instead of having me drive 20 mins out of my way. And seriously 15mins vs 20mins is really going to kill you? Meanwhile you're on the clock sitting there talking to a co-worker doing nothing
