Great place to do business, clean well maintained, not like other pawn shops in the area. The employees make you feel comfortable and welcome. Fair and easy to deal with.

Costumer service is the worst I have ever seen/experienced even by the owner, I was there to make a purchase and over heard how the owners was speaking to another person and I explained how I felt and they got verbally aggressive of my opinion So I will never give my business nor will my family or friend to them again.

Gem City Pawn & Loan is no ordinary pawn shop. The owner actually cares about his customers and is very very frendly, he treats people like family. He has great deals on all his items and dosnt try to price gouge like most places do. I won't go anywhere but this pawn shop for pawn shop needs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, it deserves a 10.
