KeyBank in Dublin, OH

Came here to get a loan... to get a lower rate, I secured it with an auto title. Gave them a heads up a couple weeks ahead I will be paying the loan off and will need my title. They said they didn't do it that way. Paid off the loan on Feb 8th. They said it would be 20 days until I receive the title through the mail. Waited 20 days and nothing. Called customer service and spoke with someone from the Philippines....They said it is 20 business days and Ohio is an electronic state so they will electronically notify the BMV to get title. Still remained patient and waited....Nothing....Called the BMV, they said this isn't an electronic title and they have the physical title so Keybank will be mailing me it. Spoke with someone from the Philippines again who gave me the same scripted answer. Spoke with a "manager" and didn't get anywhere. At this point it has been a month and a week since I paid off the loan and this company has no idea where my title is. My blood is boiling I'm so angry and I try not to take it out on others at work, talked to someone at the branch who took my title and they can't help me. Tried talking to a different branch to see if the person was incompetent, person said he would personally contact the loan department and call me back. I called a few days later and he said he didn't hear anything back. Been a week now and no callback. My blood is boiling I'm so angry, been over a week, haven't heard anything from the branch. Don't want to speak with someone scripted that puts me on hold for 15 minutes....Do you trust this kind of service with your money? Next step is the BBB.
