I brought a diamond and emerald gold ring for my wife for Christmas and was told that it was sold gold it's not and is turning her finger black I spent a lot of $ and 2 weeks later they won't let me return it

Everything was fine except the girl running the counter tried to deny me getting a loan on my Xbox One 3 different times, and every time it was because she didn't know what she was doing...... First she hooked my Xbox One up wrong to the tv and promptly told me it wasn't working. Once I figured it out for her she then told me my Xbox wasn't working because it was trying without success to connect to the internet and last but not least she tried to deny my loan because she wouldn't hit cancel when it tried to connect to xbox live to pull my stats, because they don't have an internet connection. I don't know what to say about the employee not knowing a single thing about the items in which she is suppose to investigate....... I needed the loan and got it, but I could have easily been screwed over by some teenage nitwit whos too lazy to do the job, I'm sorry but you are paid to run that register not chit chat and check your facebook. Hire people who aren't retarded please.

Awful customer service! I voiced an opinion on the customer service in the store to a friend with me when paying back my loan and was told I could no longer do business with the store! This business most certainly does not believe in supporting our first amendment! I would not recommend visiting or doing business!

They are ripoffs... Bought the PS4 Black Ops edition and they switched out the controller..... Said it never came with the original grey one so I returned it before I everevern walked out the door.... Customer service well forget thgthgat they don't know what that is rude is the only thing they know.... Watch out four what you buy they switch stuff on the customer......?
