Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Cuyahoga Falls, OH

We decided to buy a 2017 car for my husband which we did. The service and sales people are friendly and well informed to assist the customer. Our salesman was Nick Bettle who we dealt with when we purchased our previous Hyundai. He asks questions to find out how much you want to spend for payments, what kind of car you prefer, etc. We have purchased several used cars from this dealership in the past and now we are purchasing new. We intend to keep going back for our car purchases and continue to have Nick Bettle help us find the next vehicle.

Chris Pursley was wonderful to deal with. I hate looking and buying cars. Every time my experience has been awful but not this time. I will come to Chris every time I need to get a car in the future. Everything about my experience there was absolutely great - the best I have ever had buying a car. The staff were all very helpful, especially my salesperson, Cedric, who treated me like I was the only person who ever walked through their door that mattered. There was no pressure, they listened to what I wanted and they made it all happen in exactly the way it needed to for us to close the deal. I love my new Hyundai! My husband and I went into Ron Marhofer Hyundai with an idea of what sort of vehicle we were looking for but still willing to have an open mind. We were instantly greeted upon entering the store and matched up with Steven McGee. Steven took the time to ask a few questions about our needs and wants to help him get to know us. Right from the start, Steven made us feel comfortable. He made us feel like we could be honest and ask questions throughout the entire process without him trying to pressure us into a sale...something we truly appreciated. After getting to know us and our budget needs, Steven was able to help us find a car that was in our budget (for much less than we anticipated). Though it wasn't the vehicle we original came in thinking about, Steven never once made us feel like we didn't have an option. He laid out the price and details for both vehicles and let us make a decision that we were comfortable with. After deciding to purchase, Steven was great about going over all the details of the car and making sure we had any and all questions answered while still respecting our time. We only have wonderful things to say about Steven, his sales manager, and Mark (finance). They made our experience fantastic from start to finish and we've already started telling family and friends about the experience. We will continue to utilize Ron Marhofer with all our vehicle needs!
