My husband and I began the home buying process first with Wells Fargo. Instead of purchasing the home, we were going to assume the seller's current loan and make the house ours. What seemed to be an easy process turned out to be a long, drawn out process filled with us sending the company over 50 pages of information just to clear us. We pulled out of the assumption process after a failed attempt, and were afraid we wouldn't be able to take over the house we desired to have. From the check-ins with his team to the fantastic service we were provided with promises that turned into a reality, my husband and I were able to smoothly close on our house!
