Worst experience of my life. On going battle to get the harassing phone calls to come to a end so i can be left alone. They keep calling for Kathleen Reno some woman i have never heard of before looking to collect a debt that i do not owe. 7 times i have been called today in the past five hours talked to a representative each time. by law they are harassing me at this point and my lawyer has been contacted in regards to filing further charges against the company. it's time to take a stand people these tactics aren't allowed and are punishable by law. I recommend if you get a call from this company in regards to a debt you don't owe to call your lawyer.

but the BBB (useless as hell) gives them a great rating; they harass and say they want your whole paycheck and refuse to acknowledge your budget and prior wage garnishments. I am filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau now.

When I received the phone call the person was extremely rude and hung up on me when I explained I couldn't afford to make payments currently due to not working. They called multiple times a day being rude. Once I agreed to pay them and payed them a large lump sum they continued to take money out of my bank account without my permission. When I called to ask them about it, the man on the phone got rude and called me ignorant and a ton other names. The payments were getting posted to my account and the amount owed was dropping until last month. They took out more money than they were supposed to and it never posted on my account. When I called the guy told me I was overdramatic and being a complete b***h.

Greg Wright contacted me ONE time from Reliant Capital Solutions and told me I owed Liberty University $1,000 which is not correct. I payed off my loan. What did it for me is when he called my work knowing I can get fired, then he he asks me how much I can afford a month to pay, I explained to him I couldn't afford it but I could possibly do $10-$25 a month (sorry that's all I can do right now). He then proceeds to laugh at me over the phone and told me that wasn't good enough. His attitude towards me was extremely unprofessional. He swears up and down he's called me several times and sent me letters out which is not true. I've got one phone call and no letter. He then tells me I can mail my payment out over mail. And I told him no I don't trust that and he replied "have a great day" and hung up. He thinks he's big and bad and thinks he knows everything he tried telling me I attempted Liberty May 2015 and I attended Liberty June of 2014. Attitude and who he is as a person is unprofessional. I will not answer anymore phone calls unless it's dealing with another person. Update: I've never received another phone call since then. Once you go off on them and threatened the police and accuse them of fraud, they will stop contacting you imminently.

If you post an ad on craigslist you will most likely get a call from them. They like to collect information on there and try to harass you about some made up debt. Someone should look into them, seems like fraud.
