Bank of America needs to have a bank in Columbus Ohio.

I wanted to draw some money from my BOFA account to shop at polaris mall but guess what, if you are looking for Bank of America, its not there, not even an ATM. Atleast I couldn't see one there. I am very disappointed by Bank of America, there is not even a single branch in or around COLUMBUS...... its such a shame for such a big Bank, Columbus is Ohio state's Capital city you should atleast have 1 branch there.

Agree that in a city of 2.2 Million people they cannot put an ATM for their out of state customers. Very lame indeed. The drive to Cincinnati to make a deposit is atrocious..

Neither Cincinnati nor Columbus had a branch. I smell agreements with different banks in different states to get an oligopoly.

I have been a bank of america customer for many years always living on the east coast. I moved to Ohio and need something that can only be done at a branch and google said there is no BOA within a 50 mile radius!!!! Not sure what I am gonna do! The customer service rep said you could drive to Michigan!! Hahaha I said ..."are you kidding me....drive there to make a transaction"! I am so pissed!
