I, as a first time homebuyer, was terrified of the process in the beginning. Michelle Coleman eased my mind every time we spoke. The process was so much easier due to the team of experts Michelle, Matt the In House Realty advisor and my closer and I can not forget Kimi Clements my realtor. They were all on point and only had my best interests in mind. I was able to upload and take care of everything online during my long work hours. Website is easy to navigate and everything they request is easy to understand and review. They always answered my phone calls or returned them in a timely manner. If I ever purchase another home or have someone ask me whom I used I will definitely tell them to go to Quicken Loans!
