cannot pay my car anymore after I lost my job they sent me a very nasty voicemails and were very rude to me they told me that they are going to sue me because I can't simply just give a car back then they told me that after the auction the car and even know I've been a half off that I have to pay their attorney fees and that they are going to garnish my wages they are very unprofessional and very rude company if you are getting a loan from them I would suggest that you do not because if you are late they add on crazy amount fees and they will sue you and be very rude for you

I have been dealing with PFS for years. As far as lenders go they are the best. They personally get involved to work with you and your financial situation, if you lose your job and do not pay what would any other lender do? Be happy PFS is not charging you a huge bank fee and 25% APR like every other lender in this tier. As far as late fees, the State of Ohio caps late fees at $20 or $25 a month, on a $350 car payment I think thats fair and the best part is PFS only charges half of the state max. So if you are upset about a lender trying to collect the money you borrowed at best try to be honest.

Have been with them a year. Lost my job recently and I'm pregnant due in two days. I've made honest payments and always kept in contact. Brandon claiming to be the branch manager called me threatening me and trying to trash my character. Lauren and James have been amazing and have always been polite and to the point. Trying to work with me. But Brandon took the cake as a representation of the company. I can't wait to get this over with.

Very unprofessional representatives. The client doesn't come close to being the 1st priority. Take your business elsewhere, you will regret dealing with PFS.
