Credit First National Association in Cleveland, OH

I called the company today to find out why we received this credit card. My husband did NOT request it nor did he fill out any paperwork with his social security number so how did they get it? We have had our accounts frozen with all credit reporting services so this makes me wonder how they received this information. I requested the card cancelled immediately. This company looks very suspicious to me. I asked where they were located. He said 1-1/2 hours from Cleveland and 1-1/2 hours from Columbus. There address is in Cleveland. I will NEVER deal with Firestone or this company again.

Thought that we would try Hibdon Tires Plus 6 months no interest plan for a set of tires. Turns out that Credit First N.A was the finance company that they use. I sent a $400.00 payment in full to pay off 3 months earlier than we needed to. I used their online payment option and paid the day the bill was due. The next month I get a bill from them with a $19.00 balance for a late fee. Their late fee states $35, but they charged me a $19.00 fee. Of course they did, they didn't make any money off me. Terrible company and even worse customer service. Was on hold for an hour and still can't get in touch with anyone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great company; personable customer service and never had an issue. 0% interest was a great deal when I got new tires right after winter. They even increased the credit line automatically. The Firestone card can be used any of their network which is good to have as tire companies are somewhat scarce around here in New Hampshire. On a side note it's interesting to see all the 1-star review...and their only review.

Great company! I got a card with a $1200 credit limit at 18 with no credit history, which is almost impossible to do! They have helped build my credit tremendously! I think right now it's 623! Very grateful for their services! :) Thanks boo

I'd give it lower than 1 star if possible. If I had a choice between herpes and getting a card through them again, I'd choose herpes with a side of chlamydia. It's the kind of card where if you schedule the payment for the due date, they'll take the money a day late and make you pay a late fee that's more than the minimum. The kind of card where you pay the minimum for a year and the balance stays the same because of their BS. I would've made more progress banging my head against the wall and still have had less of a headache than I did trying to deal with these vultures. I've seen livelier customer support at a funeral. I had to call their customer service support team Eudoxie Mbouguiengue because it was f*ckin Ludacris. It's on par with the US congress when it comes to expediency. Save yourself the trouble and take out a loan to pay the whole thing and get rid of this card
