I was contacted by mortgage rep Steve Fox. He asked me some questions about my current mortgage, ran a credit check, then stated he would call me back in a few minutes with some options. I never heard from him since. Not professional or credible.

I inquired about mortgage rates on line. a BBMC rep called and we started the process. at one point, he requested a credit card # for the appraisal.. with assurances they would not order the appraisal until such time as the loan was in process and sure to go through. the appraisal was ordered, my card was charged $400.00 and the loan was then turned down. not very professional... and left me rather upset. (only gave one star because it would not post with zero)
