Love the tellers at this branch they do an excellent job, providing excellent and friendly customer service. I always go inside just for this reason; I have no experience at the drive-through and very little at the ATM, at this location.

I'm writing this review while at this branch. It took them 20 minutes to even acknowledge me in the drive through. After the woman lazily made her way over, she proceed to look at other papers instead of processing my deposit. I usually go to the branch off of Euclid and Mayfield, but tried this one since it has a drive through. By the way, I've had time to write this review and the teller still has not completed my deposit, which is only one check! I will go well out of my way to go to a different branch before I ever come to this branch again!

*edit for clarification* 3 stars because after going to this branch for a while it was usually a decent experience. Today I went in to get money out of an account that they were closing but holding my money hostage. The initial teller was very nice and accommodating. This is the only complaint I have, which is what made me so upset. Why in God's name does this bank let you open a savings account. Let you deposit money. Then close it without telling you? I had to find out by going to the atm to withdraw money and being declined. Then logged into my online account which said, "account closing transaction." So I went into the bank to find out what the heck was going on. I'm thinking they'd have the decency to talk to me at a desk in private. No. Right there at the counter in the open in front of all the other tellers and customers. Not only was it unprofessional it was invading. The woman with the chip on her shoulder was talking really loud almost on purpose. It was very rude. Why let someone walk in and get embarrassed in front of a bank full of people to tell you, not only that it's closed, but also why at a counter. It was embarrassing. I didn't appreciate the woman with the chip on her shoulder that came over to 'help' talking over me, being argumentative, laughing, and giving me her scripted lines. She kept stating that my questions should be directed to another department. I'm in the bank. Shouldn't you as a banker know your own employer's policies??? It was all ridiculous. It was rude, impersonal, and anyone person working in a bank laughing and smiling over someone's account being closed should find a new career. People having accounts is what keeps the bank open. Plenty of local banks have went under if memory serves there's been 3 others in that very location. Good luck.
