My husband and I have been reflecting back on businesses we have encountered in the past years, rating their customer service. Lately, I have come across many people (insurance companies, grocery clerks, etc) who seem so unhappy and come across as rude to their customers. So we started thinking back on buying our house a few years ago and how helpful Frank and his team were as they assisted us with the first time home buying process.
