They don't want to give you top dollar for your stuff. Furthermore some jerk had stolen my red ds lite and it was in a case up there as soon as you walk in through the door. I just feel that this place is a complete ripoff and insult to pawnshops. And you can't trade your videogames here because they only want to give a dollar, even if the game you purchased cost 29.99. This place is a disgrace. Talk about a huge insult & depending on how many people are in the store it takes them quite some time before they get to you.

I pawned my 60 inch TV and a ring I told them put it on seperate tickets they didn't so I had to wait to get my ring back. Then they lost my remote and c told me it's OK I can just order a new one from amazon... Complete bs they won't take TV without remote but they'll give it back to you without one

The line was long, people were fighting over a service dog that came in when the sign clearly says seevice dogs WELCOME and they refused to buy my telescope in perfect condition, my guitar that was simply missing a string, or my computer because it was windows 7. This is by far the worst pawn shop i have ever been to in my life.

I will say that I think this company should use a better system as too their determination to the amount in funds that you get for example $500 dollar necklace pawned you get $45 which could be sold at $150-$200 dollars the point Is for them too make a profit plus a fairly high interest. As far as the employee's not once have I ever had an issue there with any of them. now giving the clients that go to this location many but not all are trashed or ghetto with little respect too the loan agent's that work there. Depending on the item I'm pawning I Always go to facets pawn unless it's electronics. As I have learned any and all pawn locations if they have too much of whatever it is your pawning you simply won't get much for it unless their selling Alot of that product . The big secret with pawn shops are 1 ticket and get your stuff out (immediately ). Most who go to pawn shops know very little about business in general but are more keen on what amount they want leave with be a person of principle get what you need/want or leave I only go for what is needed .

I brought an $800 snow tek blower in and they offered me $30 while every other pawn shop offered me a minimum of $200. If you're going to have people work for your pawn shop they should at least know what the hell they are talking about. She had no clue and I couldn't believe my ears when she said $30. It was laughable. I will never be back again!!!! This is 03SARAH03!!!!!!!
