Huntington Bank in Centerville, OH

Huntington has horrible customer service. I am truly counting down the days until we can re-finance our loan with another bank. In the mean time we are transferring all of our accounts to ING Bank. Anyone thinking of working with the Miami Township OH branch, beware! The manager, Rob is extremely unhelpful. When we were insulted by the loan officer: O.V. during the application for re-finance, I canceled the application and asked for my application fee back. Rob promised to look into it and contact me. It has now been 1 month. Its not even worth fighting for the money we put in, I just can't wait to no longer be with them. And you can bet I tell everyone what AWFUL customer service they have. We were also trying to get another house loan with them... their process takes 8-12 weeks! We went with another bank who were able to get the application, appraisal and closing done in 3 weeks. Rob and O.V. tried to blame it on the new laws.... then tell me why another bank got it done so easily? Just be aware of the fact that Huntington cares nothing for their customers.

I was refused casing a check because I don't have a major credit card or carry my social security card. Debit cards, our any other form of ID aren't acceptable.
