I have been with this credit union for a year. After years of being taken by First Merit, it is refreshing to work with people that are actually looking out for my best interest. Also , They actually know my name!

I have been with this credit union since is was a kid. I also deal with another bank but this place is the best for loans hands down. I use to only deal with Nora but since she dont do loans anymore i only deal with Stephanie. This place is awesome the only down side is there is not enough of these banks around,theres only 2

The location in downtown canton is a frustrating one. It's a more personal set up which is nice, but I feel that it makes the process of things take longer than necessary. I'm still waiting for my debt card because of a system error on their side. The Jackson township location is bigger so things move faster, which is great. The hours could be better though.
