Fifth Third Bank & ATM in Broadview Heights, OH

Mona, the manager is the most incompetent person I have ever met. I got married and wanted to add my new wife to my account. We went in and Mona, the branch manager, photocopied drivers licenses and marriage certificates and said she had to send it out to Toledo to process it (which is where I opened my account). 3 weeks went by and I didnt receive my wife's check card so I called the number on my card. They said there was no record of my wife and she was not on my account, even though she had been writing checks out of my account.I called Mona and she said the request must have gotten lost and she will re-send. 3 more weeks and no check card, same thing, my wife is not on the account yet. You would think on the second try the manager of this branch would have followed up to make sure my issue was taken care of. This was 4 months ago and Mona has refused to return my phone calls at this point. I have closed my account with 5/3rd and will never do business with them again. This is poor customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH. MONA IS INCOMPETENT.
