Horrible customer service. I set up an appointment here and when I got there (early) they told me that the person I was set up with was busy with a customer who just walked in. So making appointments here is completely pointless. There were 3 tellers in the bank and NONE of them would help me despite the bank being empty for most of the time. When I asked why they wouldn't help me they said another customer MIGHT come in and they couldn't have them waiting around. What!? Seriously!?

Customer service terrible. Just waited in line for 10 minutes while two employees clearly were talking and not acknowledging me. The manager should train the employees to at least acknowledge customers and not make them wait unnecessarily. I just wanted to make quick deposit. I was literally trying to give them money and they were insufficient at that.
