Woodforest National Bank in Bowling Green, OH

I'll give them one star because of the early direct deposit. But everything else is negative stars. Please only use this bank if it's the last bank on earth and there are none left. You get charged an insane service charge each month and for what I don't know because I can never get any help from the employees. The online banking is a joke. Every other day the website is down and it does NOT show up to the minute transactions. You get an email sent to you daily but it ALSO does NOT show current transactions. I was charged once for an overdraft of .73 cents and the bank charged me $40 in overdraft fees and refused to take the charge off. I mean come on, I understand a O/D charge for something, but for 73 cents!?!? When I called to talk to a manager, I was told he just got married and would be on vacation for a month! A MONTH!! So looks like I will not be receiving any help from this bank for the next month because apparently only ONE MANAGER IS AVAILABLE EVER!!! Too bad I will be closing my account before he returns. WORST BANK EVER! And I have seen some dirty banks, but this one tops them all. The employees make you feel dumb when you call and try to explain something to them and when I became frustrated with how i was being treated, I was hung up on. POOR customer service at this branch. Do yourself a favor, keep you money in a can at home. At least the can won't try to take your money and tell you that you're dumb.

What a crappy service... It's like they hired janitors to deal with your money. Why even have this place when you can't even do simple transactions? Stay away...

Today was the last straw. I waited in line with about 6 other people and when it was my turn to go up another lady cut in front of me. The teller acted like she didn't know who was next or what a line was. I had been standing there for 15 minutes already, you think she would have noticed. I took my check, went to the PNC bank down the road and set up a new account. When I went back to Walmart, the tellers had only helped two more people!!!! Those people had been standing there for over a hour!! Do not use this bank unless you absolutely have to. They charge you ATM fees for using outside atms ON TOP of what that ATM charges you. Your bank sucks Woodforrest, and your tellers should be ashamed. I would love to see what your customer turnover rate is.
