KeyBank in Bowling Green, OH

I don't know where to start...I have had nothing but hassles with this bank since I opened my account two months ago and in the end they screwed me. I originally signed up because they had a $150 promo for opening a checking account. There were some requirements that had to be met to receive the promo, which I fulfilled. However, Key failed to do their part and then denied me the promo. Specifically, a requirement was to either enroll in direct deposit or make two clearing house payments each over $100 before July 2, 2010. I did so, and even though I made the payments well before July 2nd, Key waited and waited and did not "authorize" them until July 6th, and then told me I did not meet the requirements and they would not give me the $150. Nice promo. I am in the process of withdrawing my funds and switching banks. Key Bank will NEVER have my business again.
