This branch has gone above and beyond what I could expect from a credit union/bank. Their app for iPhone is solid as it lets me manage money in my accounts and deposit checks that often clear that same day. Drop the. If bank and get Seven Seventeen Credit Union.

Twice in the past two years, my debit card was compromised and charges made to my account. The CU adjusted the charges but their customer service at the branch leaves much to be desired. The fraud alert phone call told me they had to deactivate my card and to go to my local branch for a new one. The Boardman branch told me I had to go to the Warren office or wait 7-10 days for a new card. I asked for the manager and Kerry Amon repeated that not only couldn't she get a card issued, she was not willing to have the Warren branch do it and mail it out. When I told her that was poor customer service, she laughed at me. COMPLETELY unprofessional! The only advantage local credit unions have over larger banks is their supposed superior customer service. Someone needs to train the staff at this branch as it is seriously lacking.
