Telhio Credit Union - Reynoldsburg Branch in Blacklick, OH

I very much dislike this new set up. But all shared branches I go to Georgia are like this. Some banker decides to talk about bugs with a customer while she clearly saw 2 customers we waiting. Then I placed my ID on the counter at the beginning of the transaction. After he was finished I turn to leave and my receipt had no balances on it. I turn around to to let him know and he says, "I need to your ID" I told him I had been laying on the counter the whole time." Poor customer service.

worst experience ever being a business owner these people will give you problems they dont care dont ever try to accomdate to your needs they lie indian teller she tells you different lies to your face n have you waiting to see a manager n u will be waiting 30mins to an hour the manager u go see them straight prick dont care your just a number to them not a customer or member dont waste your time go somewhere else who wants to be in a bad mood everytime you leave the bank!!!

This morning my card expired. I drove to the Morse rd location close to my house only to find out it it's just a drive through. Thankfully I found this location near my work. I never received a new card because I didn't change my address so it was sent to my old one. I was greeted by a very friendly female who was patient and happily helped me change my address, figure out where my new card was and when I could get it, and withdrew cash for me. It was a painless experience and Much better than the experience I had at the Worthington location last year. I did not catch her name but her nails were on point! 10/10 will be using this location from now on.

Is ok I was able to do my transactions. They don't have restrooms for the public. Their tellers are standing on their feet.. ouch. .. and I was ask to have the exact amount in dollars because they weren't giving change in coins. Apparently their change machine was broken. Or maybe is a new thing along with not public restrooms and tired tellers on their feet...
