Myers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Bellevue, OH

This place is a joke for starters. My wife and I stopped in to get some information on a vehicle. They responded by trying to sell us something and they were extremely pushy. We decided to see what deals they had to offer. They asked for our permission to look into our information but told us they were only doing a soft pull on credit until we had a deal. My wife found a Jeep she really liked so we tryed to make a deal that's when we really started getting screwed they didn't want to give much money for our trade instead they made excuses why they couldn't get much out of it. The car had nothing wrong with it but because it was a Volkswagen and they had a recall on the emissions in the past on the DIESEL models ( This car was not diesel) they just couldn't give as much for it. When they test drove the car they kept the key. It really seemed we were trapped in this place I even said I was leaving at one point because they had no deal to offer and they pretty kept us there by saying they would try something else but still not give me my keys. Then finally they came back with a VERY VERY SLIGHTLY better offer and told us this is a deal of a lifetime. Finally we got to leave after I had to ask for my keys numerous times. The next day we went to a different dealership and bought the EXACT same Jeep right down to the color for a thousand dollars cheaper and they gave alot more for the Volkswagen and laughed about what Myers said about the recall. Then to top it all off we never made a deal with Myers Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Bellevue Ohio and they told us they would ONLY do a soft pull unless we go to buy one of their vehicles. So a week later when I checked my credit they did SIX HARD PULLS ON MY CREDIT AND I NEVER BOUGHT A VEHICLE FROM THEM... thats right six hard pulls. We had decent credit well over 700 there should be no need for that many pulls. That was our experience with this dealership. It was the worst experience I ever had. This is the first time I ever wrote a review online this is how bad this place is and I hope that I could save people from having to go through this with them.

Great dealership, Chad and the whole team made us feel like family from the start, would recommend Myers auto center to all of my family and friends.

Very hard to get an appointment don't call you back its been a week trying to make this appointment when they did call back they told me to make an appointment during work hours so call again and again no one answers the phone in service so they put you to the service manager and all you get is an an sering machine. This isn't the fit time having issues a couple of times they serviced and didn't clean it and finger pints was all over it there excuse was they don't clean it when it's going to rain. IF I WOULD OF KNOWN THIS FROM DODGE AND A 60K TRUCK WITH CRUISE DON'T WORK MIRROR BROKE AND ABOUT TO TAKE A TRIP WITHOUT CRUISE SUCKS. GOING TO TRY A DIFFERENT DEALER SHIP TO SEE IF I GET SOME RELIEF
