Donley Ford LINCOLN of Ashland in Ashland, OH

We have been dealing with Donley since 1997, when we moved to Ashland County. My husband is a Ford retiree. In all the years I can say honestly we only had one issue, where we ended up at another dealer for repairs. This was on my F-250 diesel - where it kept stalling & then would kick back in on it's own. In general service has been great - Ron in service has been great, if there is a delay in service, he keeps me updated. I am in there every 5000 miles for oil changes. Ron is an asset to your company!!!

I've been coming to Donley in Ashland since moving here in 1998. We've purchased multiple Ford's from them during that time, and each and every experience has been wonderful. Our latest purchase was a Explorer which we bought through Logan, and he's called multiple times since the purchase to follow up with us to make sure we were happy with the vehicle, and to answer any questions we might have. All of our service has been done there as well, and Ron and Chuck are fixtures there that we trust and rely on. I can't say we have ever had one problem in all these years. Great dealership.

We bought our Fusion in 2010. We have taken it back to Donley for every servicing since then. Why? Because work is done in a timely fashion and with skill. Further, NO work will be done if it is not needed - if a repair is needed, you can count on the truth that A REPAIR IS NEEDED! Perhaps I might pay less elsewhere, perhaps; but it is worth it to me knowing that the highest quality skill and care is going into the experience. One other thing -- the people who staff the service desk are incredibly accommodating and will stop at nothing to make sure we are cared for. I'm not going to name names because I would invariably leave someone's name out -- but they know who they are. ALL of them, are awesome! Finally, an example of customer care: On December 7, 2016, less than a month ago, my wife and I were planning to leave, in our Fusion, for a few days away out of state. But three hours before our planned departure a little wrench flashed on the dash panel indicating some sort of mechanical issue with the car. This was accompanied by the fact that the engine began missing or at least running very roughly. Our hearts sank! Would we need to rent a car? Time was short and we had little of it for added diversions. After taking my wife home, I quickly drove the car to Donley's Service Center (about 1.5 miles from our home) and walked into the service desk and explained my predicament to Ron and Ben and asked if I should rent a car and Ron's response was, "Not until we look at it." And they immediately pulled it into the bay, replaced the offending part (a throttle body) and I was, quite literally, on my way to pick my wife to leave for our mini-vacation IN LESS THAN 45 MINUTES! THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKIN' ABOUT!
