Regional Acceptance Corporation in Akron, OH

I would strongly advise against using this company if at all possible. I have relocated back to Ohio and contacted them to have my title transferred back to Ohio only to find out that they are using a 3rd party company to handle all of the title work for them and this company is charging a $36 fee for their services. When I contacted Regional Acceptance Corporation to find out if this would go towards my titling fees from the state they stated that it did not and there was no other way for me to handle this other than through their 3rd party company. When I am doing business with a company I expect to work with that company not some 3rd party company that is going to charge as much as the state to transfer my title. When I mentioned that I would be looking for another company to refinance through the customer service rep just said "well sir that's your choice". THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND SO IS THE COMPANIES PRACTICES!!!!

I have not had any issues with this company, I have been with them for over a year now and cannot say one bad thing. I make my payments on time every month and never have a need to talk to them, one time I had a question regarding my interest rate, called them and they were extremely helpful!

I recommend this company strongly. They recently just had a system error at there company and caused me to have overdraft fees, within a week they sent out letters to everyone effected letting them know that if you aquired any to get ahold of them and they will take care of you. Great company!

Currently have an auto loan. Customer service is great. The people are kind and friendly. Very pleased.
