Dependable Credit Corporation in Yonkers, NY

I have never had an issue with the conpany. But the staff member "Vi" is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I have "never" missed a payment EVER! I have been late a few times the most a week. But my payments have always been paid. I would never recomend this company to anyone. They have very poor customer service. I made a huge mistake by trusting a company to help me with loan just to be disrespected.

They're horrible. They have an attitude each time you called them. They call you when you're 1 day late knowing that you have a grace period. They do not recognize a reinstatement letter from the insurance company as proof that your insurance policy is active and with no lapse. I would never do business with them again. Thank God, I traded in their vehicle.

THEY SUCK REALLY BAD, IF THERE WAS A OPTION NOT TO GIVE A STAR I WOULD - THESE GUYS CANT LET GO A LATE PAYMENT A DAY BECAUSE ALREADY THEY ARE ON YOUR BACKS - THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS THEY CHARGE A CRAZY HIGH INTEREST AND EVEN IF YOU PAY MORE THEN THE MONTHLY PAYMENT THEY STILL BOTHER THE HELL OUT OF YOU ITS LIKE THEY CANT GIVE A COURTESY OF JUST CALLING ONCE AND GIVING SOMEONE AT LEAST 3 DAYS TO PAY - HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

They have a nasty attitude, they do not know how to speak to people..They will harass you if you late a day, even when there is a grace period. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone not even my enemy.

i'm a Finance Manager of a group of dealerships in jersey , one of their representatives came to my dealer and signed up with me ,, the first deal i submitted to them was the second day from signing up with them around 5:30 pm and i called them to confirm if they will be able to check it for me and they said yes . i called them 20 minutes later and i stayed on hold till exactly 5:55 pm and when they picked up the phone i heared on the back ground a lady says ( you gotta be kidding me ) then she hanged up the phone . i called back and it says that the office is closed ... bottom line , never deal with these people , this business is a joke ,,, never waste your time .. so disappointed , never again
