Wonderful experience; Highly recommended! While the store was quite busy, the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. I brought in my unwanted gold to sell it (there was quite a bit of it.) The person told me how much he thought was a fair price and welcomed me to shop around for the best offer and come back to see him if I got a better offer. After going to a few other places I was able to find an offer for a few dollars more, but nothing significant. I returned to FK Jewelers with my best offer and they beat it! In fact, with the extra money, I was able to purchase a crucifix for my Godson and have my watch repaired! -Very Satisfied

Very arrogant rude people. they will try to screw you out of a dollar to line their pockets. Only go here if you want to get ripped off. the owner of this joint did not get rich by giving you a deal.

I've gone to their store a few times to sell old jewelry, coins and such. Eight times out of ten, they are very arrogant, rude and pushy to make a deal. But understanding that I am dealing with hucksters, that is what I expected so no big deal. However, their TV ads say they give you top dollar for your gold. I took my gold to a jewelry store in Goshen and the salesman offered me $125 for my gold cross. To shop around I went to FK and they offered me $20 for the same piece. They did end up giving me $125 when I called them on their offer, but I was amazed at how everything I brought in was "no good" , until I told them it was good to someone else in the business. My advice...DO NOT go to these people unless you know the worth of what you are selling, otherwise you will get screwed.

I go there often for jewelry repairs , watch batteries etc. Evan is always extremely helpful and polite. He also sold me a gorgeous David Yurman bracelet for a great price , I knew the value as I had been pricing it on eBay.

The staff at Central Valley and Newburgh are just rude and obnoxious who act like they are better than others. Aside from offering the lowest prices for items, they are all to quick to add snotty comments. I don't know who is reading this but personally, when I enter a pawn shop I am not happy that I need to be there and surely do not need to hear them suck there teeth and sigh when I am asking questions. Avoid these morons if possible
