Working with Jeff was a great experience. In the ever confusing world of FHA, PMI, Interest rates and mortgage requirements it is very hard to make sense of everything and it is very hard to find someone you can trust. Jeff gave my wife and I piece of mind by looking at all our finances and options and helping us decide which mortgage program was best for us. He made the document process very easy and explained each step so that we provided him the right documents the first time and did not have to go back over steps in the process multiple times. Being a gold client with my bank and having programs offered through my job with other banks I thought that would be the way to go but boy was I wrong.
