Debt Recovery Solutions LLC in Westbury, NY

They are a scam debt collector! They have listed a "debt" on my credit report that is not associated with me, nor can they even locate the account when I call them for more information. I have never recieved a notice or phone call about the money I supposedly owe. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!

Terrible people terrible. They will keep adding new balances with them . Paid all my accounts with them and now they said i still owe a balance its my lifes mission to tear this company apart im going straight to the better business Bureau because i have all my calls recorded and paperwork documented they are crooks

The worst collection agency ever! In fact they don't even deserve one star but that's the lowest rating you can give. They had someone by the same name in their database and despite providing them with my social security information and drivers license several times, they still did not remove the collection from my credit report they had placed. I had to file a lawsuit against this disgusting business for them to correct their mistake. How they are allowed to remain in business and operate is a complete mystery.

LLC Debt Recovery Solutions is the fourth collection agency harassing me about a bogus debt from Verizon. The other agencies dropped their claims when I submitted proof that Verizon Communications never credited a cell phone payment after I dropped my TV, Cable and home phone from their "bundled" package but kept the phone. Verizon cell phone billing credited my account but the bundled billing operation continued to double bill me for my cell phone. I have receipts clearly showing Verizon's billing glitches caused this problem. Interesting to note that the other three agencies corrected their records & my credit reports after the BBB contacted them validating the debt was a Verizon bundling and billing error. Relieved this had finally been resolved until LLC Debt Recovery Solutions sniffed around the unpaid debt trash heap and started the entire process all over again. I'm sending documentation again in hope they resolve it but after reading LLC's reviews I have serious doubts that they will. I will let you all know how this plays out.

A bunch of unprofessional JERKS. They lie, they're extremely rude and nasty. I've been waiting for so called papers in the mail for months and every time u call they say we'll send it out again. They're instructing me to call Verizon to dispute an error knowing they bought the "debt" from Verizon and they would not be able to do anything. They always say a manager will call you back and it's another lie to get you off the phone. I don't understand how a company like this is still in business. I only gave one star bc it's the lowest I could give. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD!!!
