Older guy extremely rude. I was selling a new watch which was nicer than everything in the shop. Offered me $200 I declined went to another shop on Niagara Falls blvd and got the $550 I wanted. Beware of this place. Never again.

I keep coming back bc the two guys that work there are incredibly great, nice, and funny... I think of them like family when I'm around them!!! :-)

They lost my business today after going to them since they first opened. I went in to pay the loan off on my gold and was accused of selling them a broken tablet in May when it never happened! Turns out the person who did sell them the broken tablet had the same first name as mine and the same first two letters of my last name. The owner apoligized but lost my business over this - and the business of the 50+ educated working class customers (like myself!) that i sent to them. My question is - what would have happened to me had that tablet been stolen property??? Train your employees better!!! Deuces...

Not sure what the problem is here with some people but I have been a customer of this store for almost a year and the employees here are simply wonderful. Never rude, never unpleasant and very approachable! During the holidays they were great. When I first met them they seemed shy but the next time it was much better. Now it seems like I have been going there for years! My rule of thumb is to treat people how I want to be treated and that usually works . OR like my mother would always say, if you run into nasty people. .. kill them with kindness! !! Cindy
