This is a fairly new location. Their customer service is quite receptive and friendly.

Absolutely wonderful and helpful staff! They helped me get a loan with an amazing interest rate where everyone else turned me away.

Staff is not knowledgeable, possibly due to inexperience and/or lack of training. Be careful when deciding to open an account here. Their "promotions" are contradicting depending on which flyer you read. Their advertised 2% APY interest rate DOES NOT actually earn you 2% because it costs money to earn that rate and it is capped. Anything over the cap drops you down to 0.5%. In my case, I would have made LESS than 1% interest on their 2% promotion. Go to a real bank and avoid the games.
