New City Funding in Stony Point, NY

I was just called by these "people", and threatened AND hung up on in reference to my sister in laws vehicle being less than 40 days late. They intend to repo over this .was lied to by a supposed supervisor. Lia... Who refused to listen to a word i SAID. Had NO empathy for my disabled sister in law. When calling co. Was then lied to refused name of persons supervisors or allowed to speak to anyone and hung up on 4x's. Was disrespected by these people. If u even think they have any thing but their best interest at urs u are dead wrong. Am placing a complaint with better business bureau. Horrible "people"!

When I got my first car with them I was in loveeeee with this company but now that I payed off my 2nd & WAS thinking of a 3rd they turned me completely off! The customer service I received today sucked! Why must it take so long for my final package to arrive I have things to do. They act as if u owe them something I was a paying customer for yrs never missed a payment & just recently paid off my vehicle ummm who do I owe?? I remember telling anyone who would listen about New city funding now....NOT!

Apparently I was misinformed last month when I told the rep I had to have neuro surgery due to a tumor in my spinal canal. I told her I would be out of work with no income for a month. I asked if there would be a way to work something out since I've been making my payments on time. She told me yes when I call when my payment was due so I called tonight I was transferred to Mia who spoke down to me and was extremely rude! I asked to speak to her supervisor and she told me she didn't have one so I asked to speak to the owner then because she has to have a boss and was told he was in FL for the winter. I asked if I could reach him at the number I dialed in the spring then and she said no he doesn't come in at all ever! So who do I speak to about rude employees?! And it's 2 days before Christmas! I will make sure friends & family know to get funding else where! As well as I will be shopping for lending elsewhere!

Customer service was supppper bad ! The representative wouldnt let me explain what i needed help on and jumping to a conclusion without a story to go off on and kept correcting while i was stumbling over my word's!!! The representative was rude all i was trying to do was see how to pay my VERY FIRST BILL ...its funny because at the end the representative didnt have my correct phone number instead of lettin me talk Bbad baddd fist time experience and I HATE THIS COMPANY ALREADY..IT TOOK ME 5 CALLS TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE WHERE IS THE MANAGER REVIEW OVER THE PHONE CALL

A very VERY bad experience from day one! Was trying to set up the payment plan to come out of my checking and they kept taking it out of my savings causing my back to over draw, causing me to be charged multiple times. They could not figure out how to switch from my savings to my checking after having TOLD THEM more then 5 times.Having to go through Western Union in order to send them payments instead of through my bank. Calling and talking to them was nothing but a joke. Talk about the most rudest people to have dealings with. RUDE !! No niceness about them one bit! MY OPINION... STAY AWAY FROM NEW CITY FUNDING!!!!
