The banking process is straightforward and no hidden fees with some helpful perks. I refuse to go to the tellers inside though. They use tv's instead of talking face to face like real humans. Can't stand that.

Well, it's a bank. It's open on Saturday. I have received good service from them. Wait time it okay. Still don't understand the monitor thing at the teller end. You don't see any teller physically but talk with them thru the monitor and speaker and mic. Strange system for security
