Tania who i have done business with many times was nit there she is a sweetheart.but this bald buy was disrespectful..Most disrepected I have ever been at any pawn shop...esp.one I've done business with 100 times... needed rent money wouldn't buy something I just bought with credit because I needed cash for my rent and would not do business with me for no reason...Bald old guy if I see him he gonna wish he didn't act thay way...I hope I do...

What a wonderful experience I had! I went in to sell a few things and the employee, Tania was such a joy to work with. She was able to explain to me in detail the value of my items and give me the most money possible. GO TO GEM PAWNBROKERS IT WAS SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!
