Your online banking is slower and so poorly laid out and difficult to navigate. I've been very patiently waiting for your online banking service to come back online, and it was pushed back like 3 days. wtf. I've been waiting to make a simple transfer to my savings account and its been loading for the last 25 minutes, so I decided Id write a review about your terrible, slow, out of date web services. However, I have never had any issues with the rocky point location when actually going to see a teller. Always quick and pleasant.

So I went into the credit union to deposit some work checks into my savings account. I forgot to write my account number on a couple of the checks, so Jenn, the red haired teller, was extremely unpleasant and rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude. Additionally, I added up the checks to get a total on the transaction form, and she complained AGAIN about needing them to be separate. I understand I may have messed up; however, why is she complaining and acting like a child? It's her job to do. It wasn't even a complex transaction. Very turned off by her attitude.
