We just signed all our closing papers today and we are so happy with the service we've received from Fellowship Home Loans. We worked with William Leck and he was wonderful at guiding us each step of the way. He never hesitated to take the time to explain something when I was hesitant to sign a paper I didn't understand. We were quite a loan case - I work as a freelance artist and so my income verifications were quite a hassle compared to traditional W2 employees. We also had quite a ride with title clearance. William was on top of it the whole way. He made certain we closed before our rate lock expired and he made sure our cash-to-close remained exactly where we needed it.
