West Ridge Traders in Rochester, NY

Hands down the best pawn shop in Rochester. Have a great selection of tools and very fair in terms of prices.They also give 4 months to repay loans instead of 30 days like the rest of pawn shops in city. Would recommend to anyone who wants quality merchandise for a bargain price.

So many great deals, the owners are great guys who will give you excellent bargains and they stand behind the stuff they sell. I have bought a lot of items from then over the years, watches, jewel, music gear, etc and have never regretted any purchase.

What f* cking scum bags!!!! Rude and nasty, no mannors at all. They are all rude and think they are better than everyone!! How they are in business is beyond me!!!!! Total scum!!!!

I came here to sell a bunch of random jewelry I had laying around and they just gave me the worst vibe when I got there. The person that I sold them to was just rude and gave me a huge attitude, which at this point I don't understand. Customer service should be your top priority if you're in business in 2017. If you're selling jewelry and other random antique stuff I definitely recommend the Jewelry and Coin Exchange right down the street. They are way more friendly and helpful.

Went to sell several items, if they were interested. Very foul mouthed and disgusting. Showed no interest when I walked in the door. Everything was f+++ this and so on. One guy was looking up women on his cell phone talking nasty about them. Very embarrassing way to run a business. Needless to say I left.
