Royal Crown Pawn & Jewelry in Rochester, NY

This is one of the best pawn shops in Rochester without a doubt!! I highly recommend coming here! I've gotten top dollar for everything I brought there and the customer service is absolutely amazing. They treat all their customers with respect.

After I paid in full, I was kicked out of the store (without giving me my receipt)and then the proprietor called me on a restricted number 3 times to call me a name I will not type here and to challenge or, I suppose, dare me to return to his shop.Of course there is more to the story. Go ask him. I am sure he will be more than happy to say what a rotten, unfair person I am.be careful here. There are other places to go. This is a follow-up post one day later, 12/14/16. By now the proprietor has called me 15 times and hung up. Four of the calls came at 2:12 in the morning. Obviously,this is harassment. If I get so much as one more call, I will get the police involved. Again, he was paid in full, cash- before all of this began. Beware. He presents as a nice guy. This is a false impression. He is not what he seems. 12/15/16 Those special calls just keep on coming. Up to twenty harassment/hang-up calls in total now. Maybe I'll send him a Christmas card. By the way, I did give him one star only because my post would not happen until I highlighted at least one star. He does not deserve the one he got.

Owner was very nice polite on the phone not rude like the other guys he gave me the best price in town and definitely is the place to go from now on

Very clean and safe location! A lot of nice jewelry. Loaned me the most for my diamond ring out of 3 other stores locally! We definitely be a repeat customer!

I have never pawned anything in my life so I was very nervous on leaving my wife's 16,000 diamond ring in another persons/stores possession. But this place as soon as I walked in I knew it would be safe considering the people working there were all in thier 30/40s in proper work uniforms and very well mannered! As soon as I walked in I was greeted very politely. They did have to call the owner in for anything over a 10,000 transaction/loan which was perfectly fine considering he got there within 15 min to help with my transaction. So a month goes buy and I'm 5 days late so I call and they said that's perfectly fine just come in when you can to make a care charge payment and they could extended me another month! I recommended this place to any type of person needing a small loan to a bigger loan they do it all and do it very professionally! I'm sure if I ever do need a quick loan again I will make sure to use royal crown again! Thank you again you guys are the best!
