OneMain Financial in Rochester, NY

Horrible customer service. Unbelievable they even have one customer. They do not answer the phone, return phone calls and give incorrect information. We were told we qualified then after they told us we didn't and it was for a different amount. It took 2 weeks for us to get this done all be it was wasted time. We even had to go there to talk to someone because they never called us back. And we WERE a repeat good customer... were being the key word.

DO NOT go here. Who ever answered the phone was completely rude for a simple question and completely unhelpful. They do not know what they are doing and can't help you. Turns out to be a payday loan place.

Total idiots. Do not do business with that's all they want is to lien your vehicle. Unorganized they don't call you. The poor girl that answers the phone was the only honest one who gets stuck with the BS.

Totally unprofessional NEVER called me back Randy that works there was trying to get me to pay off my ex wife's car to get the loan! Complete unprofessional place!! STAY AWAY!!!

All I can say in you are struggling financially and a lender gives you 10K with a credit score under 630 totally unsecured , you just have to thank them and pay your installments , those who get loans and start crying that the lender is harassing them because the don't pay, should consider what would they do if they lend money and people just don't pay them, if you have excellent credit go to a bank they will give you the loan in better terms. They will also harass you if you don't pay. One main financial in Rochester is really good, their customer service is very good as well, you want to avoid high interest, manage your finances properly . Thanks for your help One main financial
