Not responsible. Never did anything he said, made promises he couldn't fulfill, wouldn't even send balance statements until I filled criminal charges accusing him off fraud. VERY poor, stay away.

Had 3 different rep payees so far. One was ok, although would give a little attitude when asking her to do something as simple as sending me statements (she told me I really need to keep track of those things myself, but I can't see every little thing that goes on in there, since I am the client and not the rep payee). The 2nd one I had was VERY nice, VERY fast and professional, which is the ONLY reason I didn't rate this company a 1. She ended up having to leave after 1-2 months, I really miss her. The 3rd (and current) rep payee is really bad. It takes 1-2 weeks just to manage to contact him, and I will leave emails 1 or more times a day, and call one or more times a day, and to top it all off, he will forget things
