Very disappointing Re-financing Experience. Process was very slow - took months and then they told me that they made a mistake and should have suggested that I wait to apply after current year taxes. This despite the fact that the house was worth 2x the mortgage and my assets were 10x the mortgage. So 3 months later when taxes were done we submitted that information only to be told that we had to start all over now - including paying appraisal and application fee! After several calls they agreed to refund some of our fees. That improved this review but I still have to start all over again on the application and process.
